SOA Curriculum Changes for ASA and CERA
Hello,
On behalf of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), I would like to make you aware of changes to the curriculum for the Associate of the SOA (ASA) designation and the Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) credential. Recently the SOA Board of Directors approved the curriculum changes and the accompanying transition rules.
We have established a dedicated landing page at www.SOA.org/curriculumchanges with information about the curriculum changes. New information will be added as it becomes available. The curriculum changes take effect July 1, 2018. We will host a webcast later this summer to discuss the new curriculum, including the importance of the addition of predictive analytics.
